I remember the first day as a parent. It was the case that my wife offered to be present at the birth and I agreed. In general, at 6:00 in the morning my wife and I were in the maternity hospital. While the documents were completed, back and forth. In general, at about 8:00 we were in the ward. Well, it began. It will grab.. It will let go… It will grab.. It will let go… When it was really bad, I ran for help, but the doctors say everything is normal, the way it should be.

I remember the screams of newborn children from the neighboring rooms. About every 15-30 minutes there is a new cry and a new person appears.

Our boy was born in the evening. It was very difficult to bear the torment of my wife. But thank God everything went well. The baby was born alive and healthy. I left the hospital after 18:00. I felt very bad. I am very glad that God gave me to be with my wife at this moment.

I invest in real estate. In 2022 I had two properties, and 2023 brought me a third property. Apartment and two garages.

I buy them and rent them out. I buy on credit. I use rental income to pay off loans. This is how I try to create my family capital.

I am grateful this year for the gift of a garage.

Have I seen real animals? Yes, of course I saw it. Real animals are not exactly domesticated or zoo animals. These are true free beings. The way God created them. They feel strong.

When I lived in my small homeland in the city of Nyazepetrovsk. There I met hares, beavers, muskrats, roe deer, and moose. Traces of wolves and bears. What are your feelings about eating meat?

I have a calm attitude towards meat-eating, I eat meat, I eat meat, without considering anything else, of course there is a lot of spiritual literature from different religions, what does it say about the dangers of eating meat, of course I had such an experience. I once tried the Lent of Orthodox Christianity there and I met not only meat and almost all the food was just bread and raw vegetables, but I just tried it when I felt a direct change in my thinking.
